Posting my Taiwan Itinerary

Some tips:
1. Research on public transport schedules.  Our itinerary is flawed because we didn't know that buses start only around 5am so we had to wait.
2. Print a copy of your itinerary and add a translation for non-English speaking countries.  This helped us A LOT while we were in Taiwan.
3. Put a notes section in your schedule so you could put details like nearest bank, nearest restaurants, etc.

*Note: Day 2 is just a list of possible places to go and modes of transport to in the East Coast.
